We're excited to announce that our value-add resale project on Dorothy Street sold this week!
For those interested in the details, here are few quick metrics on the project:
We purchased the house on April 15th, 2024
Cleanup and remodeling took place in May-June (approximately 7 weeks, start to finish)
We re-listed the upgraded house in July and were under contract to sell in mid-August.
Total purchase to sale project time - 5 months
We used 80% LTV private investor funding on this project and returned our investor an annualized return on 9% on their funding.
We also had a great team on the ground and look forward to turning them loose on our next project!
