Marshall & Day Welcomes Community Housing Partners

Restoration has started on three homes in the 700 block of Marshall Ave that Community Housing Partners of Christiansburg, VA purchased in 2014. These homes will be marketed toward first time homebuyers and will be available later this year. CHP also purchased three vacant lots on the same block that are scheduled for new construction homes designed to blend into the historic style of the neighborhood. We welcome their investment in our neighborhood wide restoration project and look forward to a radical transformation of their target block in the near future.
