Our teams have been working on 511 Seventh Street for the past five weeks and we're seeing a lot of progress on this beautiful old home. Each time I walk through, I not only see the work being done, but the character of the house coming out. Framing, masonry, windows, and siding are coming along. We are in the middle of installing the new electrical, plumbing, and heating systems in the house. We have sat down with the future owners to discuss design details, cabinets, and paint colors.
